Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

At Haytalras we want every customer to end up with the right part for their build. This policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations and warranty claims work.

Contact Us First

Every return, refund, replacement and warranty claim must be arranged with us before anything is sent back. Email haytalras@gmail.com and we will review your case and offer the right solution, such as a return for refund, a replacement, or a refund without return. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address (our California or Georgia warehouse) and return instructions. Please do not ship anything to our warehouses without authorization.

30-Day Free Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for any reason, including items that have been installed or modified.

• Returned items must include the original packaging and all included hardware, gaskets, accessories and instructions.
• Please pack the item carefully so it is not damaged on the way back.
• If an item was damaged after delivery within the 30-day window (for example, during installation), send us clear photos of the damage. Once we have confirmed it, we will issue a full refund and the item does not need to be returned.

Return Shipping

• Our mistake (defective, damaged in transit, wrong item or missing parts): we always pay return shipping, regardless of order size.
• Change of mind or ordered the wrong part: we pay return shipping, except for large orders described below.
• Large orders: if one order contains five or more major parts, counted together across intake manifolds, oil pans and 6.7L Cummins intake manifolds, return shipping for change-of-mind or wrong-part returns is the customer's responsibility. Other items in the order (throttle bodies, air cleaners, differential covers, fuel rails, gaskets, bolts and other accessories) do not count toward the five.

Examples: 2 SBC intake manifolds + 2 oil pans + 1 Cummins intake manifold = 5 major parts, so change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. 4 intake manifolds + a throttle body + a gasket set = 4 major parts, so we pay return shipping.

Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description and clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Please keep all packaging until the issue is resolved. Shipping damage, wrong-item and missing-part claims reported more than 14 days after delivery cannot be accepted. Casting defects are covered by the warranty below.

1-Year Warranty

Haytalras products are covered against casting defects (such as porosity, cracks or leaks in the casting) for 1 year from the date of delivery.

• Contact us first with your order number, photos or video of the issue and your vehicle and engine details.
• After reviewing your claim, we will decide on the most suitable solution: a replacement, a repair or a refund, depending on the situation.
• We pay shipping both ways for approved warranty claims.
• The warranty does not cover installation or removal labor, or any incidental or consequential costs such as vehicle repairs, towing or lost use.
• The warranty covers casting defects only. It does not cover damage caused by installation, accidents, misuse or normal wear.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Because we usually ship within 24 hours on business days, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can return it after delivery in its original, unopened condition, and we will issue a full refund once we receive it. Return shipping follows the rules above.

Please confirm fitment and your needs before ordering. Shipping and returning a part costs time for both of us. If you are not sure a part fits, email us your vehicle and engine details before you buy. See our Fitment Support page.

Refunds

We send refunds within 48 hours after we receive your return (or after we approve a refund that does not require a return). Refunds go back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the money to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

How to Start a Request

• Your order number
• The product name or part number
• The reason for your request
• Clear photos (and video if helpful) of the product
• Your vehicle and engine details if the request is fitment-related
