Thank you for shopping with Haytalras. Here is how we ship your order.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on every order.

Where We Ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only, including PO Boxes.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), Canada or any other international destination.

Orders sent to a PO Box are shipped with USPS, because other carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays ship the next business day. Orders ship from our U.S. warehouses in California and Georgia.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather, holidays and other events outside our control.

Carriers

We ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS, UniUni or SpeedX. We choose the carrier based on your address and the size of the package, so a specific carrier cannot always be selected.

Order Tracking

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take some time to update after the label is created. If it has not updated for several days, contact us and we will check with the carrier.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your address is complete and correct before you place your order. If you need to change it, contact us right away. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or parts are missing, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the package and product, and keep all packaging. If your tracking shows a delay or you think your package is lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. See our Refund, Return & Warranty Policy for details.
