8150 High-Rise Dual Plane Intake for Chevy Small Block (1955–1986)
A high-rise, dual-plane intake manifold for Chevy small-block V8s, 262 to 400 cu. in., with traditional 1955–1986 heads. Long, separated runners keep bottom-end and mid-range power, while a larger plenum and special runner design flow the air needed for high-RPM horsepower. Power band: 1,500 to 6,700 RPM, ideal for a street/strip car.
- High-rise dual-plane design, 5.2 in. height
- 4150-style square-bore 4-barrel carburetor flange
- Port size: 1.92 in. tall × 1.16 in. wide
- Operating range: 1,500–6,700 RPM; non-EGR
Before you order:
- For traditional 1955–1986 small block heads. Not for 1996+ Vortec heads.
- About 0.45 in. taller at the front and 0.47 in. taller at the rear than our 2701; it may not fit under some stock or low-profile hoods.

Both are high-rise dual planes. The 8150 is for 1955–1986 heads; the 2021 also fits 1987–1995 heads.
