The Haytalras 302-1 oil pan is a cast-aluminum, low-profile rear-sump oil pan for putting a GM Gen III/IV LS engine into 1955–1987 GM muscle cars, classics and trucks. It keeps OEM-style oil filter mounting, oil cooler port provision, flange sealing and bellhousing attachment, with the structural rigidity of a cast pan.

The 302-1 is 5.69 in. deep with a 2.42 in. front section and clears a 4.25 in. stroke. If your steering linkage sits close behind the crossmember (first-gen Camaro, Nova, A-body, G-body), the 302-2 or 302-3 has a shallower front. The 302-1 is not for G-body cars.
