2703 Dual Plane Intake with Oil Fill Tube for Chevy Small Block (1955–1986)
A dual-plane intake manifold for Chevy small-block V8s, 262 to 400 cu. in., with traditional 1955–1986 heads. The runners are tuned for strong torque in the 3,000–4,500 RPM range, peaking around 3,500 RPM, with a usable range from idle to 5,500 RPM. It comes with an oil fill tube and matching breather, for engines whose valve covers have no fill cap.
- Dual-plane design, 4.27 in. height
- 4150-style square-bore 4-barrel carburetor flange
- Operating range: idle–5,500 RPM, peak torque around 3,500 RPM
- Oil fill tube and breather included
Before you order:
- For traditional 1955–1986 heads with straight center bolts. Not for 1987–1995 heads or 1996+ Vortec heads.
- Not compatible with late-model thermostat housings, because of oil fill tube clearance.
- Will not fit under a stock Corvette hood.

They are both low dual planes for 1955–1986 heads. Choose the 2703 if you need the intake-mounted oil fill tube; otherwise the 2701.
