3026 Air-Gap Dual Plane Intake for Chevy Big Block Oval Port
An Air-Gap, dual-plane intake manifold for Chevy big-block V8s with oval port heads: 396, 402, 427 and 454, including Gen V and Gen VI 454s. The open space under the runners keeps them away from lifter-valley heat, so the air/fuel charge stays cooler and denser. Power band: 1,500 to 6,500 RPM, for a built big-block street car.
- Air-Gap dual-plane design, 5.22 in. height
- 4150-style square-bore 4-barrel carburetor flange
- Operating range: 1,500–6,500 RPM
Before you order:
- For oval port heads only. Not for rectangle port heads.
- Not compatible with C10 pickup trucks; for those, see the 3001.
- Will not fit under the stock hood of a Corvette, 1965–1967 Chevelle or 1967–1981 Camaro.

Will it fit my 1996–2000 454?
Yes, the Gen VI 454 with oval port heads is covered. Fuel-injected engines would be a carburetor conversion.
