2701 Low-Rise Dual Plane Intake for Chevy Small Block (1955–1986)
A low-rise, dual-plane intake manifold for 1955–1986 Chevy small-block V8s (262–400 cu. in.) with standard cylinder heads. The 180-degree dual-plane runner layout is built for crisp throttle response and strong street torque from idle to 5,500 RPM.
- Low-rise 4.27 in. height
- 4150-style square-bore 4-barrel carburetor flange
- Operating range: idle to 5,500 RPM
- Non-EGR
Before you order:
- Fits standard (pre-1987 style) SBC cylinder heads. Fitment depends on your cylinder heads, not the vehicle year alone.
- Not for Vortec 8-bolt heads (see our 2028), LT1 reverse-flow heads, or 1987–1995 angled center-bolt heads without modification.
- Will not fit under a stock Corvette hood.
- Check carburetor linkage, accessory brackets, distributor and hood clearance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it fit my 1987–1995 350?
Not without modification. Those heads use angled center bolts. Our 2026 Air-Gap supports them with adapter bushings.
Will it fit Vortec heads?
No. For 1996+ Vortec 8-bolt heads, choose the 2028.
