The package brings together a cast-aluminum intake manifold, heater plate, coil heater, and supporting installation components in one kit. Choose Red or Black to complement your engine bay, and select your truck’s model-year range when ordering.

Fits Ram 2500/3500 pickups with the 6.7L Cummins Turbo Diesel engine only. Does not fit Cab & Chassis models.

A 6.7 Cummins Grid Heater Delete That Keeps Intake Heating

This kit is a 6.7 Cummins grid heater delete: the factory grid heater, the part behind the well-known grid heater bolt failures, comes out, and a Haytalras high-flow heater plate goes in its place. Intake air heating is then handled by the included coil heater instead of the factory grid, so you remove the failure point without giving up intake heating.

• Follow the specified heater-terminal assembly and tightening instructions. Maintain the required electrical clearance from surrounding metal.

• Follow the vehicle manufacturer’s applicable fuel-system priming and starting procedures. Do not use prolonged continuous cranking to restore fuel pressure.

Is this a 6.7 Cummins grid heater delete kit?

Yes. The factory grid heater is removed and replaced with a Haytalras high-flow heater plate, together with a new intake horn. It works as a grid heater delete that also replaces the intake horn, for 2007.5–2024 Ram 2500/3500 pickups.

Will I lose intake air heating after the grid heater delete?

No. The included coil heater on the Haytalras heater plate takes over intake air heating, so the truck keeps an intake heater without the factory grid.

Is this the same part as a 6.7 Cummins intake horn?

Yes. On 6.7L Cummins trucks, this intake manifold is commonly called the intake horn or intake elbow. This kit replaces it together with the grid heater components.

Does this kit fit a 2018 Ram 2500 or 3500?

Yes. A 2018 Ram 2500 or 3500 pickup equipped with the 6.7L Cummins Turbo Diesel falls within the 2013–2018 application group. Cab & Chassis models are excluded.

Does this kit fit a 2019–2024 Ram 2500 or 3500?

Yes. 2019–2024 Ram 2500 and 3500 pickups equipped with the 6.7L Cummins Turbo Diesel are covered by the 2019–2024 selection. Cab & Chassis models are excluded.

Does it fit my trim (Laramie, Big Horn, Limited, Tradesman, etc.)?

Yes, if it’s a Ram 2500 or 3500 pickup with the 6.7L Cummins in the listed model years. Trim level and cab style don’t change the fit. Only Cab & Chassis models are excluded.

Are the three model-year options different kits?

No. All three selections receive the same complete kit. The model-year selection identifies your vehicle application, while the supplied instructions explain which included components to use.

Will I use every accessory in the package?

No. Some supporting components are included for other model-year configurations. Follow the instructions for your truck rather than attempting to install every supplied part.

Is the EGR valve heat shield included?

No. Retain and reuse a compatible existing EGR valve heat shield where required by the installation instructions.
